The Dantayama yoga (rehab yoga) classes have been ongoing for about 4 years now.  It is clear that a distinction is needed. For students who are just now getting started or maybe it has been a while since you have had a consistent exercise program or even some activity, this new class is just right for you.

I would like to suggest that any student who hasn’t attended a Dantayama yoga class, would be well served to try out the Gentle Dantayama yoga classes as a way of determining which class would best suit your particular needs.
