At P.B. Yoga and Healing Arts enhance your mental and physical health using a wide variety of modalities. We offer several styles of yoga classes which include Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga. Our compassionate and intuitive yoga teachers are here to guide you in your search of a deeper, more fulfilling and purposeful life’s journey.
We are a body/mind oasis…providing stress reduction increased energy…resulting in a more peaceful state of wellbeing. Some of the other health-promoting services we offer include, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Private Pilates, and our Esthetician offers a full complement of skincare.
Our classes and workshops are designed to benefit the novice or beginning student as well as the more advanced or experienced students. The premise of our signature style of yoga, Dantayama Yoga, is “Support equals Release”. All props, including chairs, blankets, mats, blocks, straps and knee pads are provided for your convenience. We utilize these props to promote deep release and deep relaxation. When muscles are offered support, there is no longer a need to strain, and the natural effect is, the musculature will elongate and soften. Specific alignments and adjustments are applied as well as any modifications for students who have a particular limitation in a yoga pose.
