What’s special about P.B. Yoga is all of our classes are accessible to anyone who walks through the door.

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. We look forward to meeting you!

What should I do before my first class?

Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, hydration is very important. Also, make sure to avoid eating a heavy meal within two to three hours of class, a heavy meal can make your yoga practice very uncomfortable.
Please mention any injuries to your teacher as they will be able to provide modifications to standard Yoga poses to help you get the most out of your practice.

What should I bring with me?

Bring a yoga mat if you own one, if not we do have a few available for students, however they are only available on a first come first serve basis. Some students work up quite a sweat, if you think that it would be helpful you are more than welcome to bring a towel with you.

What should I wear?

PB Yoga and Healing Arts recommends that our students wear light, comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement. It is best to wear natural fibers. You should also avoid large t-shirts, short shorts, and very loose clothing. We ask that you remove your shoes prior to entering the practice area.
