What is the Blindfolded Yoga Experience? Get into your body and out of your mind! This yoga class will challenge your senses while empowering you to have fun and learn about yourself. The blindfolded yoga experience promise to deepen your awareness and raise your vibration within the body which allows rippling onto all areas of life. It adds a sensational depth within your body that prompts your non-visual senses to stabilize and heighten. Prepare to indulge the feeling on your skin, an elevated awareness of smell, the texture of the mat underneath the toes, the sensation of the hair on your head and the rhythm of your heart in your chest. The Facilitator, Steffi Seefeld: Steffi was born with a heart wide open... Having grown up in the richly diverse, creative and edgy environment of Berlin, Germany, she lives her life full out and full speed, sharing her gift of unconditional love in service to uplift every being she encounters, cherishing raw, authentic experience, effortlessly inspiring others with her natural joy and compassion. As a Somatic Embodiment Facilitator, Steffi merges the significant elements of Expressive Arts Therapy, Transformational Coaching, and Yoga. Her work is inspired by Ana and Daria Halprin, founder of the Tamalpa Institute and her mentor John Michael Wasmer.
